The Founders of the inspirational brand, Be A Tall Poppy, Carey and Tara Hotchkis, are first-time authors launching their colorful children's rhyming picture book, "Piper Poppy Dreams Big!" on Amazon. Writing a children's book has always been a dream of theirs, and they wanted to write something to help empower and inspire young minds and encourage them to be supportive and kind to one another.
The wife and wife duo live in Venice Beach, CA. Carey is a native of Pasadena, CA, holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Tara is from Laguna Beach, CA, holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Irvine, recently graduated from the screenwriting program at UCLA, and is an MBA candidate at Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School in Malibu, CA.
